The goal of Ardeo is, and has always been, to share our passion for true Mediterranean cuisine with those who wish to enjoy a quality product in an equally enjoyable atmosphere. Our menu spans the region, encompassing Italy, Greece, Morocco, Spain, and the Middle East and guests can choose from dishes that feature native cheeses, nuts, fruits, baked breads, fresh meats, and local seafood… 75% percent of which is cooked with natural flavors over an open flame!
Ardeo's founding Executive Chef, Geoffrey Jamiel, believed in great food and great service. He tailored a menu that is sure to delight and surprise, featuring dishes you are unlikely to find anywhere else on the Cape. Our new Executive Chef, Rob Bono, carries on the tradition passed to him by Geoffrey, embodying the true meaning behind Ardeo.
